The editorial method

Imagination is welcome. Fabrication is not.

01

Select

Choose a specific, consequential financial story—not a vague trend.

02

Source

Collect primary documents and reliable reporting. Record every source.

03

Interrogate

Use documented ideas to build disagreement, then flag claims for factual review.

04

Approve

A human editor checks the script, disclosure, and final media before publication.

What the dialogue means

Historical guests are synthetic portrayals. Their dialogue is newly written. We use biographies, primary works, and reputable scholarship to reflect documented views, but we do not claim that a guest would have reached the exact conclusion in the script.

Living people

Portrayals of living people receive extra review. The show must not suggest participation, consent, endorsement, or a real quotation. Satire and commentary labels must be clear wherever the content appears.
